Stop Global Warming – Now
- Posted by Daniel Flück on June 18th, 2007 filed in News
Yesterday we finally found some time to watch the movie “An Inconvenient Truth” and it was very touching. It doesn’t matter if you like Al Gore or not, what he tells you in this film makes you think.
I think we already try to reduce our Co2 emissions as much as possible. We don’t have a car, don’t fly often, use fluorescent light bulbs and more. But it’s not about our family or if we are already good in saving on emissions or not. It is about spreading the word, that we have to think about to stop global warming now, and take action now.
Hereafter I tell you my personal three steps to help protecting our planet to keep it as it is:
- Join the virtual march at StopGlobalWarming.org
- Take one action. It doesn’t matter what you do, just do at least one thing to reduce your personal Co2 emissions. Here are some possible actions items to think about.
- Tell others about it. It’s important to spread the word. Only if more and more people know about it and join the community, the politics will also be urged to take some big actions.
If you are reading this weblog and also are a writer, please think about to join in and spread the word. If every blogger on this planet would write one single post about StopGlobalWarming.org we could really generate some impact.
Bloggers writing recently about StopGlobalWarming.org. If you wrote about it too, contact me and I’ll add you to the list.

if you got concerned watching an inconvenient truth, you should not forget to watch “global dimming”, a 2005 BBC documentary about a slightly different but related climate problem, that’s even more shocking and worrying.
read a little more here and please do watch it:
